Endura Announces Acquisition of Electronic Technologies International (ETI) and American Cable & Harness (ACH)

{Brookfield, WI —Endura, LLC (“Endura”) today announced that it has acquired a controlling ownership stake in Electronic Technologies International, LLC. (“ETI”) and its cable and harness subsidiary American Cable & Harness, LLC (“ACH”) (collectively, “ETI-ACH”), a vertically integrated electronics manufacturing company providing printed circuit board, custom cable and wire harness assembly, and box build solutions. Endura acquired the ownership stake in ETI-ACH from Bill Brink, who acquired the Company in 2003.

This transaction marks Endura’s first acquisition and reflects Endura’s strategy of partnering with business owners and investing in that business for long term growth. ETI-ACH is a long-tenured, strategic supply partner to customers across multiple end markets, with a platform built around quality and on time delivery.

ETI-ACH’s integrated model consolidates capabilities that are often split across multiple vendors enabling customers to streamline sourcing, improve quality, and reduce supply chain complexity. Under Brink’s ownership, ETI expanded beyond its PCB roots and built a broader, more resilient company.

“ETI and ACH are exactly the kind of business we look for at Endura. It has high-quality people, deep customer trust, and a clear path to keep growing,” said David Bartelme, Managing Partner of Endura. “Bill Brink and the entire ETI-ACH team have built a differentiated company over decades. We’re thrilled to build on that foundation, invest behind the team, and support the next phase of growth with a long-term ownership mindset.”

Bill Brink, added: “Endura was the right partner from the start. The process was straightforward, respectful, and collaborative exactly how you want a transition to feel. The first few weeks post-close have gone very well, and I’m excited about what’s ahead for our employees and customers. Endura’s long-term hold approach matters to me, as I wanted a buyer who will steward what we’ve built and continue investing in the business for the long run.” Brink acquired ETI in 2003 and expanded its service offerings through multiple acquisitions.
